Our own team ended up sharing one account, because the legitimate option cost more than it was worth at local rates. That is a bad answer, and it's the answer a lot of teams here have quietly settled for.

Model routing, metering and billing are designed together so that capable AI lands within reach at local purchasing power. It isn't a promotional discount that expires.
Local context is the product
Knowing mobile money, USSD and bank transfer isn't a nice-to-have here. It's the difference between code that ships and code that quietly loses money on a real handset.
Legitimate by design
Shared wallets, named seats and per-member caps, so a team can pool spend the supported way instead of passing one login around and hoping.
