Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, and organization details you provide.
- Usage & telemetry — tasks run, token and routing metrics, and a usage meter used for prepaid billing and reliability.
- Code & context — the code and prompts you send to the agent, processed to generate responses for you.
- Billing — prepaid top-ups are processed through local payment providers; we receive transaction confirmations, not your full payment credentials.
- Support communications — messages you send us.
How we use information
To provide and improve the service, route tasks between open and frontier models, meter and bill prepaid usage, maintain security and prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Model training
We do not train our models on your code or prompts. Teams and Enterprise accounts receive isolated data; Enterprise can run partitioned, on-premises, or region-pinned deployments.
Sharing & processors
We share data only with service providers that help us run Koda Rising — model and compute providers, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure — under contracts that limit their use of your data. We do not sell your personal information.
Data residency & transfers
We are Nigeria-first. Where data is processed outside your region, we apply appropriate safeguards. Enterprise customers can request residency and on-premises options.
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then delete or anonymize it.

Children
Koda Rising is not directed to children and is intended for developers and organizations.
