Questions, answered.
How does prepaid billing work?
You top up a balance in your local currency and draw it down as you use the platform. Every run writes a ledger entry, and the running balance is visible in the dashboard and in your editor — so there is no monthly bill to reconstruct and nothing renews on its own.
What can I pay with?
Mobile money, USSD, instant bank transfer and cards — Paystack, USSD, OPay and PalmPay, live in Nigeria today. No international card is required. M-Pesa (Kenya), MTN MoMo (Ghana), Ozow (South Africa) and Fawry (Egypt) are on the roadmap as we expand.
Do the five surfaces cost extra?
No. Assist, Chat, Build, Design and Review all draw from the same balance and are metered by what they actually consume. There is no per-surface subscription to add or cancel.
Can my team share one balance?
Yes — that's what the Teams tier is for. One pooled wallet, named seats, per-member caps and alerts, and usage attributed to whoever spent it. It is the supported way to share access, so nobody has to pass a single login around.
Do you train on my code?
No. Your code and prompts are used to serve your requests and nothing else. Teams get isolated data; Enterprise can be partitioned into a dedicated schema, pinned to a region, or deployed in your own environment.
Which models does it use?
Most work runs on fast, inexpensive open models, and a frontier model is used when a task genuinely calls for one. You can see which lane ran and what it cost. That routing is the main reason the price can be what it is.
